Let's get to work...
Often times, the bones are good, but the appearance of a space could use a little help. From bathrooms to kitchens, or even a complete home makeover, we love flipping outdated, imperfect, and impractical spaces into something beautiful that your family can enjoy.
STEP ONE | CONSULTATION
Every home is unique and therefore, the remodeling process will vary from property to property. We will need to assess your current space to determine what work needs to be done to achieve the desired end result. At this stage, we will also discuss budget, sign contracts, create plans (if needed), secure permits, and sort out any potential zoning issues.
step two | COLOR SELECTION
One of the most exciting phases of remodeling is selecting the features of your new space like flooring, cabinetry, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and more. We look forward to inviting your family to our showroom where we can piece samples together to really bring your vision to life.
STEP THREE | DEMOLITION & PREPARATION
Once we have established a plan for your project, it is time to get our hands dirty. This stage will look different for each home, but it likely won't be tidy as we may need to remove parts of the space, frame new structures, or even strip it down to the bare bones.
step four | cONSTRUCTION
Out with the old and in with the NEW! Here, we will begin transforming your space with the help of our many talented and experienced superintendents, employees, and subcontractors. Though your project is safe in our hands, we encourage your family to stay involved throughout the construction phase to ensure that your updated home exceeds all expectations.
STEP FIVE | FINAL WALKTHROUGH
After all loose ends have been tied, we will meet again with your family to complete a final walkthrough of your home. This meeting is to verify that all work has been completed and that the new space is exactly what your family had envisioned. It is our top priority to deliver quality work and as such, this walkthrough is a very important step in remodeling your home. Once all construction, financing, and inspections are completed, your new space is finally ready to be enjoyed!
